When you submit a quote request, we collect your name, email, phone, ZIP code, and project details. This information is shared with up to 3 local epoxy flooring contractors so they can provide quotes.

From Business Owners

When you claim a listing, we collect your name, email, phone, and verification information. This is used solely to verify ownership and process your request.

From All Visitors

We do not use cookies or third-party tracking. We do not sell your data. Standard server logs may record IP addresses for security purposes.

How We Use Your Information

• To route quote requests to local contractors (homeowners)
• To verify business ownership and process claim requests (business owners)
• To process Featured/Premium subscription payments via Stripe (business owners)
• To respond to inquiries about the directory

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy) and Formspree for form submissions (subject to Formspree's Privacy Policy).

Data Retention

Lead data is retained for 90 days. Business listing data is retained until the business is removed from the directory or we shut down the site.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@vegasepoxypros.com. Business owners may remove their listing via the claim form.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
